W początku czerwca 2007 nastąpi spotkanie szefów państw i rządów ośmiu największych gospodarczych nacji w ramach szczytu G8 w Heiligendamm pod Rostockiem.
Blokadami jako akcjami cywilnego nieposłuszeństwa będziemy blokować ten szczyt, ponieważ: Polityka G8 jest wyrazem neoliberalnie zglobalizowanego kapitalizmu, który w skali światowej dramatycznie powiększa rozwarcie nożyc między bogactwem i biedą. Poprzez kampanię „Blokuj G8“ wyrazimy nasze „nie“ i odmówimy G8 jakiejkolwiek legitymizacji.
Najróżniejsze inicjatywy i ruchy społeczne nawołują do oporu przeciwko szczytowi. Licznymi akcjami wokół całej kuli ziemskiej ludzie przejawią swój protest. Kampania „Blokuj G8“ jest tego częścią. Weźcie i wy udział w akcjach protestacyjnych i przeciwstawcie się polityce G8!
